Our exchange and return policy lasts 14 days from when you receive your order. If 14 days have gone since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you send your package to us after 14 days, you will be responsible for returned shipping. Earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are accepted and declined at our discretion.
If you would like to return or exchange your item, please email the tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know if you are sending an exchange or return, and why, so that we are aware of the incoming package. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the proper procedures are not followed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and there is a $3 restocking fee for all returns.
Refunds are not accepted on products that were purchased at a discount of 40% or more. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The credit will be less the $3 restocking fee and the shipping charges. It can take up to 5 business days for the refund to be received by your bank.
We do accept exchanges on anything except earrings.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an invoice for shipping in an email and send your new item back to you.
We will replace a ring, if for any reason, the setting malfunctions within normal wear and tear in a 30-day period. Our warranty ONLY covers manufacturing defects. Damage incurred by the owner of the jewelry will not be covered. Once your ring has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your warrantied item. If it is approved, we will exchange the ring. Refunds will not be issued for warrantied rings.
If you choose to purchase our extended warranty, you will be covered within normal wear and tear for an additional 6 months from receiving your ring. You may purchase your extended warranty HERE.
