Returns, Exchanges, and Warranties 

Our exchange and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you send your package to us after 14 days, you will be responsible for shipping to get your ring back. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are accepted and declined at our discretion. 

If you would like to return or exchange your item, please fill out THIS FORM and mail it with your item. Email the tracking number to info@starlettegalleria.com so that we are aware of the incoming package. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the proper procedures are not followed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and there is a $3 restocking fee for all returns.

Refunds 
Refunds are not accepted on products that were purchased at a discount of over 40%. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The credit will be less the $3 restocking fee and the shipping charges. It can take up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges 

We do accept exchanges on rings.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange and send you an invoice for the shipping. Once it is paid, we will send you the exchange ring.

Warranty Policy

Warranty 

We will replace a ring, if for any reason, the setting malfunctions within normal wear and tear in a 30-day period. Our warranty ONLY covers manufacturing defects. Damage incurred by the owner of the jewelry will not be covered. Once your ring has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your warrantied item. If it is approved, we will exchange the ring. Refunds will not be issued for warrantied rings.
